Growing up surrounded by her pets, Lauren has always had one goal for her career – to work with animals. Recently graduating with a double degree in Animal Science and Animal Behaviour from The University of Adelaide, this has equipped Lauren with skills to fast track the beginning of her career.

Having grown up alongside her Golden Retriever, Gizmo, she fell in love with animal behaviour and came across CBS where she has been able to flourish with her passion for knowledge.  Currently studying her Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing, Lauren is also passionate about animal anatomy and physiology.  She currently works within a veterinary practice that also allows her to partake in puppy pre-school.

You may see Lauren floating around the grounds with her recent family addition – Missy, a Sharpei mix who is extremely anxious and fearful. However, they are working together to learn and grow as a family.
