Our Team

Our Team

CBS thrives on learning more. The more we learn, the better we can help you and your dog achieve your goals.

We encourage our instructors to not only gain credentials in dog training but ask them to continue on with their education just as any serious profession does these days. We require them to participate in relevant training seminars and workshops each year.

Although all our instructors are volunteers, many of them are also professional canine trainers. Our instructors have a range of nationally and internationally recognised professional accreditations, from such institutions as:

  • Animals on Course
  • Companion Animal Sciences Institute
  • Delta Institute
  • Dognostics Career Center
  • International School of Canine Psychology & Behaviour
  • Karen Pryor Academy
  • Learning About Dogs (Competency Assessment Program)
  • Pet Professional Accreditation Board

We also have a comprehensive two-year aspiring instructor program, which is run in-house by our Senior Volunteer Trainer.
